Delivery Q: Where do you delivery FREE?

Q: Can you do morning deliveries?
A: Yes! In downtown Toronto, South Etobicoke and Mississauga we deliver both morning and afternoons. In all other areas we deliver afternoons only. Special requests outside these parameters may be accomodated by direct courier service at an additional charge. Please telephone for details. A: No, there are no further charges from our shop. Our Canadian Government requires us to collect all applicable taxes which will be added as you check out. Q: Do you deliver on Sunday?
A: Our delivery staff do not work on Sunday except for Mother's Day and the Sunday before Christmas. The shop is open every sunday afternoon. Q: How soon do I have to place my order to have same-day delivery?
A: Usually if we have an order by 11:00am the delivery can be made the same day. If there is an exception to this policy, you would be notified immediately. It is always better to order a day or two ahead. Substitution Q: What is your substitution policy?
A: We try to fill each order as closely to the picture as possible. Flower and plant availability does vary seasonally, and like all products, flowers are subject to the laws of supply and demand. If a paticular kind of flower or plant is unavailable and there is a similar substition that will not take away from the overall look of the arrangement, we will substitute with it. If, on the other hand, there is no similar material to sue, we will notify the sender before filling the order. Out of Town Order Q: Do you offer "FTD" or "Teleflora" service to deliver flowers anywhere in the world?
A: Yes we do. As prices in the other countries vary widely we request that you place your order directly with us by telephone so we can advise you of the prices prevailing in the delivering country, as well as the current rate of exchange (if a U.S. order.)
